Bath (Part 1) - Roman Baths, Bath Abbey

Bath is a UNESCO word heritage site, so I had to go visit for the day. It was a quick trip, only a 1.5 hrs train ride from London. We arrived at 8:30 in the morning and were the first ones inside the Roman Baths museum. That was the first time I've had a museum to myself! Notice the lack of tourists in the background of my pictures? The spring that feeds into this remains of a Roman Baths is the warmest in the UK.

I drank some of the spring water... It was DISGUSTING! There are so many minerals in the water that I felt like I was drinking water mixed with blood.

After the Roman Baths, I entered the Bath Abbey, which was located right next door.

Entrance. Notice the angels climbing the ladders? I love the architecture.
